Pomegranate Berry Smoothie

Ever since I got an immersion blender, my smoothie consumption has sky-rocketed.  I love having them for a mid-afternoon snack, or right after the gym.  Usually, I just throw a combination of frozen fruits, yogurts, milks, juices, sweeteners, and healthy add-ins (like flaxseed meal or wheat germ) haphazardly into the container.  It’s the one type of food I feel comfortable about not following a recipe (I’m so bold :P).  Last week, I came across this recipe and decided to give it a try.  The verdict?  Lots of sweet berry flavor, and very refreshing after my sweat-session.  It’s worth taking out the measuring cup for this one.
